Edward was born on 11 July 1812 at Accomack Co, VA.1 He married Ann B. Conner, daughter of Frederick Conner Sr. and Anna Beavans, on 30 November 1835 at Accomack Co, VA. William Ewell and William M. Dix were the securities on the M.L.B. of Edward L. Corbin and Ann Conner of Frederick..2 He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1840 at Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA. Edward T. Corbin was listed as a head of household in the 1840 Census, age 30-40 (actually 28) with a wife age 20-30, a white male age 20-30 (this may have been Edward), 2 daughters under 5, 1 free negro and 2 slaves..3 Edward was listed as a head of household in the census of in 1850 at Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA. He was shown as Edward T. Corbin the head of HH#380, a 37 year old farmer with real estate valued at $1,000. Listed with him were the following Corbins: Ann B., age 38; Arinthia D., age 13; Ann R., age 8; George W., age 6; and Marietta, age 1. Also listed was Henry Corbin, a 20 year old black laborer..4 He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1860 at Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.5 Edward was living at Temperanceville, Acc Co, VA.6 Edward died on 11 June 1872 at Accomack Co, VA, at age 59.1
