  	"Bright lights were gleaming from every window in the residence of Capt. S. A. Lewis on the evening of Wednesday, Jan 15th. The attractive occasion was the marriage of Mr. Nathaniel J. Lang and Miss Virginia Parks. Miss Parks is the daughter of Mrs. Capt. Lewis. The bride and groom were ushered in by Mr. A.B. Johnson and Miss Tibitha Lang and Mr. George H. Parks and Miss Laura Lang. The bride always pretty, looked prettier than ever, as she stood by the side of and gently clung to the manly, noble form beside her.
