West my land on which he now resides (except the house & lot where I now reside, this lot includes yard, garden & runs down from the southeast corner to a ditch dividing if from the woods land of Thomas R. Joynes dec'd) on the condition that he pays to Edward Thomas West $200, to Frank West $200 & to Catherine West $100 & to have 5 years to pay without interest. My house & lot to Margaret Bull & Elizabeth Melson & at their deaths to George R. West. To daughter Susan Showard my black man John upon her paying him $10 annually & also my black girl Sarah & ... To Henry Melson (of P.) as trustee for my daughter Harriet Coard $200 to be dealt to her as she requires. My son George R. West to permit Margaret Bull & Elizabeth Melson to have firewood from the land given to him. Also to Elizabeth Melson ... To my granddaughter Juliet West upon her arrival at age 21 $100. Remainder to Susan Showard, Margaret Bull, Harriet Coard & Elizabeth Melson & the property given to Harriet Coard & Elizabeth Melson to be held in trust by Henry Mason of P. for their use. My son George R. West & my son-in-law Southey Showard Extrs. Witt: John B. Ailworth & Thomas Lilliston..3 George died before 27 February 1860 at Accomack Co, VA.
