Kay was born April 1, 1940 in Goshen, New York, to Karl and Ella Eichholtz. She grew up in Maybrook, NY and then lived in Las Vegas, NV, Texas, Reno, NV and Hawaii before moving to North Bend, where she resided for the last 10 years. She worked as a dispatcher and office manager for Yellow Freight.
She married Howard Roe September 13, 1958 in Maybrook, NY.
Survivors include her husband, Howard of North Bend; sons Mark and wife Maluz Roe of Las Vegas, NV and Scott and wife Debbie Roe of Reno, NV; daughter, Karen and husband Darell Johnston of North Bend; brother ? Harry and wife Mary Eichholtz of Kentucky; sister ? June Gavin of Connecticut; 5 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by: parents; and several brothers and sisters."
